Manavia is looking for an experienced Senior eGaming Administrator to join our corporate services team at our new offices at 10-12 Victoria Street, Douglas, Isle of Man. Manavia Limited is an Isle of Man corporate and trust services provider, licensed by the Isle of Man Financial Services Authority, and part of the same group as MannBenham Advocates. That pairing matters: our administrators work alongside advocates every day, so the questions that stall other firms for a week are often answered across the corridor before lunch.

Our work runs from company formation and registered agent services to Family Investment Companies, eGaming support and structures under the Island's data asset regime, one of the newest areas of fiduciary work anywhere. It means the files on your desk will be varied, and some of them will be genuinely new to the industry.

About the Role...

• Managing all administrative, regulatory and compliance requirements across a portfolio of eGaming clients.
• Building close working relationships with licensed operators, including running regular client meetings.
• Supporting clients through the licensing process.
• Maintaining client policies, procedures and regulatory reporting.
• Helping to develop and implement the team's processes and procedures.
• Working across the wider group of companies.

About You...

• At least three years' experience within the trust and corporate service provider (TCSP) industry.
• Approved by the Isle of Man Gambling Supervision Commission and Financial Services Authority to act as a director of client companies.
• A strong knowledge of eGaming operations, regulation and compliance.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• A relevant professional qualification, or be working towards one, or be qualified by experience.
• Discretion, and the ability to build honest, transparent and close working relationships inside the firm and with clients.
