Carly is a Director at Manavia and a highly respected Isle of Man Advocate with over 15 years of experience advising international clients on complex corporate, commercial, and regulatory matters. A recognised leader in her field, Carly is known for her strategic insight, technical precision, and deep understanding of the legal frameworks that underpin international business.

Her expertise spans corporate structuring, governance, and cross-border transactions, supporting a diverse client base that includes high-growth ventures, family offices, and publicly listed companies. Carly’s sectoral strengths include private equity, venture capital, and technology businesses, with a particular focus on fast-evolving and regulated industries. At Manavia, Carly leads the firm’s corporate and commercial advisory practice, covering regulatory compliance, commercial contracts, and bespoke structuring solutions.
