Miles is the Managing Director of Manavia and an Isle of Man Advocate with over 25 years of experience advising international clients on corporate structuring, regulatory compliance, and fiduciary services. He plays a central role in helping clients establish and manage company and trust structures through the Isle of Man, aligning their operational and commercial goals with local and international regulatory requirements.

As co-founder of MannBenham and an Isle of Man Advocate, English Solicitor, Notary Public, and Commissioner for Oaths; Miles is a respected figure in the island’s professional services sector. Miles brings legal precision and commercial insight to structuring solutions across a range of industries. At Manavia, he focuses on delivering tailored, compliant structures for entrepreneurs, family offices, high net worth individuals, and corporates, particularly those operating in regulated or fast-moving sectors such as online gaming, fintech, and blockchain.
